中文摘要 | 作为自然资源匮乏的后起工业化国家,韩国的经济与社会能够迅速崛起,得益于教育事业的发展。在反思教育政策偏失和金融危机冲击的基础上,为积极应对21 世纪知识经济时代的挑战,韩国制定了《英才教育振兴法》。该法在自我实现和贡献于国家与社会的理念下,以拥有“与生俱来的潜力”英才为对象,以数学、科学、语言、艺术和体育等领域为中心,构建了“金字塔”式英才教育制度模型和三位一体的实施模式,大力发展英才教育。 |
英文摘要 | As a newly industria lized country short of natural resources, the fast growth of South Korea's society and economy is due to the rapid development of education. On the basis of reflection on educational policy deviation and the impact of financial crisis, South Korea formulated Elite Education Revitalization Act to actively respond to the challenge of knowledge economy era in the 21st century. Under the concept of self- realization and making contribution to the country and society, taking elites who has "inherent potential" as objects, taking mathematics, science, language, arts and sports and other areas as the center, the Act built a "pyramid" model of elite education system and the Trinity model for implementation in order to develop elite education vigorously, fromwhich we can obtain some important enlightenments. |
