以色列的英才教育现状研究

以色列在近40年的英才教育发展中，积累了大量的经验和丰富的成果。本文较为全面地梳理了以色列英才教育的思想基础与起源，英才学生的甄选与培养模式，英才教育的师资培养与科学研究，以及英才教育体系的组织与管理等方面的内容，并分析了以色列英才教育的优点与不足，以期为我国英才教育工作提供借鉴。

One of the important tasks of education in China is developing elite education and cultivating outstanding innovative talents. In the past forty years, Israel has accumulated a wealth of experience and abundant achievements on elite education. The author of this article comprehensively summarizes the education for gifted and talented in Israel, including its thought basis and origin, selection of gifted and talented students and cultivation model, teacher training for gifted and talented student, scientific research, organization and management. The advantages and disadvantages of elite education in Israel are also analyzed, so as to provide some reference for Chinese elite education.
