英文摘要 | China's National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), along with the Quality and Reform of Undergraduate Teaching and Learning Project, has formulated the top-down design of the quality assurance system of undergraduate teaching and learning in China. However, in the process of identifying, decomposing, and refining the major components of the top-down design, a bottom-up design is also indispensable. Actually, learning outcome assessment can serve as a bottom-up design which will refine and he compatible with the top-down design and effectively counteract the weaknesses of the current quality assurance system of undergraduate teaching and learning at the same time. |
