英文摘要 | According to Hofflander's "attitude change---persuasion model" , Festinger's theory of disorder of awareness and Kelman's three-stage theory of attitude change, the teachers' professional ethic education should promote young teachers and educational students to change their attitude: firstly, to improve educators' credibility; secondly, to stress the relevance of educational contents to meet recipients' demand; thirdly, to trigger recipients' conflicts deeply in their hearts, arousing the motivation to change themselves. Through change of awareness or change of behaviors, reach attitude change and realize educators' expectation. |
