英文摘要 | The "teacher regular flow system" that is now run in our country, comes from Japan. This system is an important measure to raise intercollegiate teachers balance and promote the balanced development of basic education in Japan. In recent years, however, some places in China seem to have mismatch in the process of implementation, still having a large gap between the effect of system implementation and the system target. The experience of security mechanism of the teacher regular flow in Japan is beneficial to our country. |
