中文摘要 | 绩效工资改革是当前我国中小学人事改革的重要举措。美国教师绩效工资改革经历了三次起伏,在政府提供经费保障、地方主导制定方案、以研究为基础逐步推进及教师绩效评价体系建设方面都有其特色。美国中小学教师绩效工资改革对我国的启示在于:我国应加大省级统筹力度确保经费充足,加强专业指导提供多种方案选择,倡导多元薪酬理念,深化结构工资改革和开发教师绩效评价标准。 |
英文摘要 | Performance related pay is an important act in the personnel system reform of Chinese middle and primary schools. After years of practice, the performance related pay in American education system has formed the features in financial support from government, local project design, research based practice and standard evaluation system. The inspirations to China are: to insure adequate fund, provide more professional guidance, and build plural salary concepts and develop teacher performance evaluation standards. |
