日本国立大学法人化的变化与影响——基于院校调查结果的分析

The Impact and Outcomes of the Corporatization of National Universities in Japan： an Analysis of the Major Findings from Both National and Institutional Surveys

本文使用日本文部科学省实施的全国问卷调查数据以及作者本人参与的院校问卷调查的结果，主要以广岛大学为案例，对国立大学法人化在院校层面产生的结果和影响进行整理和分析。作者认为，日本国立大学法人化基本实现了预期的目标，但是也产生了一些负面影响，特别值得指出的是，这些效果和影响在不同学术职称或管理职位群体之间表现出较大的差异性。

Using the major findings from the national survey conducted by the Ministry of Education of Japan and a questionnaire by the author on Hiroshima University, this article is mainly concerned with the impact and outcomes of the corporatization of national universities at an institutional level. The author argues that the corporation of national universities has achieved its goals, however, it has also resulted in some negative effects. Especially there exist wide differences in these outcomes and effects by academic rank and by administrative rank.
