英文摘要 | State-funded preschool programs of America focus on providing "public welfare" and "compensatory" services for preschool children and are considered as an important channel in popularizing preschool education. At present, their development are confronted with five challenges:inadequate investment and unstable funding sources; limited coverage; lower level of education quality;narrow service scope and monotonous service content and uneven development. Paying attention to these challenges is helpful in our planning and designing an inclusive preschool development system with more pertinence. |
