当前美国州立学前教育项目发展面临的挑战

Present Challenges Faced by State-funded Preschool Programs in America

州立学前教育项目由州政府出资举办，注重为幼儿提供“公益性”和“补偿性”服务，是美国普及学前教育的重要渠道。当前，它的发展主要面临五个方面的挑战：投入不足，资金来源不稳定；覆盖面有限；教育质量较低；服务范围狭窄，内容单一；发展不均衡。关注这些挑战，有助于我们对普惠性学前教育发展制度进行有针对性的规划设计。

State-funded preschool programs of America focus on providing "public welfare" and "compensatory" services for preschool children and are considered as an important channel in popularizing preschool education. At present, their development are confronted with five challenges：inadequate investment and unstable funding sources; limited coverage; lower level of education quality;narrow service scope and monotonous service content and uneven development. Paying attention to these challenges is helpful in our planning and designing an inclusive preschool development system with more pertinence.
