中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討國小校長課程領導角色的理論與實際之應用。本研究首先探討課程領導角色的理論層面,接著透過個案研究,對課程領導角色的實際作為加以探討,結果發現個案學校校長,有不同的課程領導角色扮演,分別為:課程願景塑造者、課程計畫推動者、課程實施激勵者、課程評鑑評估者以及課程經營授權者等五種角色,研究者希望藉由這樣的探討,為理論所形塑出來的角色,提供確實可行的行動策略,作為學校領導者的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the theory and practice of curriculum leadership roles. This study adopted case study to clarify roles of curriculum leadership. It hoped to offer consultations and suggestions to elementary-school principals. The researcher collected data through qualitative methods including observations, interviews and documents. Based on the literature review and qualitative data, the study obtained the following conclusions. The principal played five roles in different strategies, including: molder of vision, pusher of curriculum plans, facilitator of curriculum implementation, evaluator of curriculum evaluation, empowerment of curriculum management. |
