高校課程大綱的功能和要件:兼論我國大學課程大綱制度之現狀

The Functions and Components of College Course Syllabus : the Case of China

在高等教育發達的國家和地區，課程大綱是高校教師開課之初必須向選課學生提供的文件。本文在討論高校課程大綱的功能和基本內容后，報告了我國兩所重點高校相關調查結果。對N大學社會科學本科生專業課課程大綱使用情況的調查表明，該校教學中缺乏課程大綱制度和文化，嚴重影響了本科生和研究生的教育質量。對N和X大學部分教師的調查表明，90%受訪教師認為大多數中國高校教師提供的課程大綱不符合國際規范。中國大學課程大綱現狀，是其整體教師隊伍尚處于前職業階段的寫照。

In developed countries and regions， course syllabus is a document every college instructor has to provide for students at the beginning of a course. This paper first reviews the major purposes and components of syllabus of syllabus. Then， it reports and analyzes two recent surveys， one investigating the provision and utilization of course syllabus in social science classes in N university， and the other asking the opinions of professors of N and X universities about the current situation of course syllabus in Chinese universities. The situation is extremely poor by any standard， with very negative impacts on educational quality of Chinese universities. This indicates that the image of Chinese university teachers as a whole remain at the age of pre-professional age.
