论权力转移与教育转型

On Power Transfer and Education Transformation

权力是人类社会得以运转的根本力量。没有权力，人类社会将会如一盘散沙。教育作为社会的一个子系统，既是权力运作的产物，又是权力合法性的源泉。一方面权力的转移促进了教育的转型，另一方面教育的转型巩固了新的权力格局。没有权力的转移，教育转型难以实现；没有教育的转型，权力的转移难以持续。

Power is the fundamental element that makes the society move forward. Without power， the society would be in a mess. Education， a subsystem of the society， is not only a product of power operation but also its source of legitimacy. On the one hand， power transfer promotes education transformation. On the other hand， education transformation consolidates the new power pattern. Education transformation can be hardly achieved without power transfer， and vice versa.
