英文摘要 | Providing high level and distinctive education services is a top issue of common concern for Chinese government and private schools. At the meeting-point for promoting private school reform and development, both sides welcome innovative initiative and concerted efforts, and want to deliver more services. General applicable theory and reality have demonstrated that the new government-and-school-relationship is featured by interactive cooperation. To construct this new relationship, the government sector need to offer clear policies and powerful regulations in full support for standardized administration of private education , in order to improving all kinds of working mechanism for effectively fulfilling its obligation of facilitating private education development , to normalizing social intermediary organizations for widening the space for joint management and interactive promotion , and to integrating all sorts of means for strengthening the capability of administration and services. |
