照亮科研之路，启迪教学航程—— 科研项目设计与申报研修班 综述

Enlightenment and inspiration for academic research and teaching practice—A review of A Short Course on Research Project Design and Its Grant Application

为期两天的“科研项目设计与申报研修班”详细介绍了外语科研项目的类别、评审原则、项目设计方法、申报步骤与注意事项，提升了高校外语教师设计和申报外语科研项目的能力。研修班严谨的教学态度、丰富的教学手段和实用的申报案例对教师的自身学习、日常教学和科研活动起到启发和推动作用。笔者建议优秀的外语教师应树立持之以恒的科研精神，从日常教学中的教学研究入手来发现课题，并把互动分享和行动反思贯彻到教学活动中。

＂This paper reviews a Short Course on Research Project Design and Its Grant Application held by the National Research Center for Foreign Language Education and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press， on 5-6， January， 2012. It also describes teacher learners' gains from the course's multi-model teaching and learning approach which combines lectures with group discussions and demonstrations with practices. The author further suggests that total dedication to academic research， high ability of problem-spotting and frequent reflective thinking be the essential qualities of effective foreign language teachers.＂
