中文摘要 | 大学英语教学改革的不断深化和重视人才培养质量的高等教育发展规划对英语教师的自身专业化水平提出了更高的要求。作为大学英语教师,如何能在承担繁重的日常教学的同时,持续地、有效地促进自己的专业发展成为越来越多从业者的困惑。2011年12月由北京外国语大学中国外语教育研究中心和外语教学与研究出版社联合举办的\"大学英语教师团队建设与互动发展研修班"为我们提供了一条切实有效的职业发展途径。本文主要阐述笔者在研修前的困惑,研修后的收获,并结合笔者的教研实践对研修内容进行反思,最后介绍笔者研修归来后组建团队的过程和目前团队建设的进展情况。 |
英文摘要 | The deepening of college English teaching reform and the blueprint of higher education have posed more and more demanding challenges to English teachers. An increasing number of English practitioners are confused in how to promote their own professionalism continuously and effectively while being engaged in the heavy teaching work. The Short Course on How to Develop an Interactive Learning Community for College English Teachers provided us with a practical and effective way to enhance our professional development. This paper focuses on the author's pains and gains before and after the short course, her reflection on the course based on the author's own teaching and researching practice, as well as her efforts in building an interactive learning community in her own university. |
