美国研究生院 外语教学法 课程中体验教学法的运用

The application of the Experiential Learning Model in the Approaches and Methods in Language Teaching course in the School of International Training

体验教学模式是美国教育家戴维•库伯基于约翰•杜威、库特•勒温和让•皮亚杰等知名教育学和心理学家对认知和学习方法的研究总结出的一种强调在实践中学习的方法。体验学习运用于具体教学活动时有三个特点:(1)强调对事件的具体经验和体验;(2)强调反思学习;(3)强调合作学习。体验学习在美国各大学中已运用多年，但在国内才起步不久。本文主要阐述体验教学模式的起源、理论依据、内涵和特点，解析体验教学模式在美国大学\＂外语教学法\＂课程中的具体运用。本文通过对学生的问卷调查，进一步证明体验教学法在激发学生对不同教学理论的主动探索、引导学生构建个人教学理论方面效果明显，值得国内开设类似课程的老师学习运用。

Based on the former research and work of John Dewey， Kurt Lewin and Jean Piaget in the field of cognition and experiential learning， Kolb’s Experiential Learning Model has been applied in the courses in schools in the USA for many years. However， it just starts its journey in China. By elaborating the Experiential Learning theory， especially the features of the Experiential Learning Model， and its application in the Approaches and Methods in Language Teaching class of the TESOL program in the School of International Training， the paper tries to testify the feasibility and effectiveness of Experiential Learning in the way that it helps the teacherstudents to articulate their belief and principles in language teaching and develop their personal theory of teaching practices. It is a trustworthy teaching approach.
