人工智慧（Artificial Intelligence, AI）與生成式人工智慧（Generative AI, GenAI）正逐漸改變學術研究的資料分析實務，使研究者得以在程式撰寫、分析構思與報告撰寫過程中獲得即時輔助。然而，將AI工具導入研究工作並非單純的技術效率問題，亦涉及資料保護、統計判斷、結果詮釋與學術責任等倫理議題。本文以Posit AI於RStudio中輔助研究資料分析之應用為主軸，從應用定位與操作程序兩個面向，透過可檢核的操作示範，說明研究者如何運用Posit AI輔助資料整理、程式碼草稿生成、視覺化設計及Quarto可重現報告撰寫，並闡述使用過程中應遵循之資料保護、可追溯性與揭露原則。本文認為，Posit AI可降低研究者使用RStudio與R語言進行可重現分析的技術門檻；同時，研究者在學術研究中使用AI輔助資料分析時，仍應符合現行學術倫理與出版規範，清楚揭露其使用方式與範圍，並對資料處理、分析選擇、結果詮釋與最終發表內容承擔完整責任。

Artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) are gradually transforming data-analysis practices in academic research, providing researchers with in-context assistance for programming, analytical reasoning, and report writing. Yet integrating AI into research is not merely a matter of technical efficiency; it also raises ethical and methodological concerns surrounding data protection, statistical judgment, result interpretation, and scholarly responsibility. Focusing on the use of Posit AI within RStudio, this article examines the tool’s positioning in the research workflow and its operational procedures. Through a transparent, reproducible demonstration, it shows how Posit AI can support data preparation, draft code generation, visualization design, and the authoring of reproducible reports in Quarto, and discusses the principles of data protection, traceability, and disclosure that should govern its use. The article argues that Posit AI can lower the technical barrier for researchers using RStudio and R to conduct reproducible analysis. At the same time, researchers who adopt AI-assisted analysis must comply with prevailing academic-ethics and publication standards, clearly disclose the scope and manner of AI use, and retain full responsibility for data processing, analytical choices, interpretation, and the final published work.
