| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討於「大數據分析」課程中導入「AI程式助理輔助異質合作學習模式」之教學,對學生學習成效與問題解決能力之影響。隨著資料分析能力在高等教育與產業應用中的重要性日益提升,學生在程式撰寫與資料分析學習過程中經常面臨理解困難與能力差異等問題,因此,有必要發展結合人工智慧與合作學習之教學策略,以提升學習支持與學習成效。研究採準實驗設計,以修課學生為研究對象;實驗組採用「AI程式助理輔助異質合作學習模式」之教學模式,控制組則採「異質合作學習模式」,比較兩組在學習成效與問題解決相關表現上的差異。研究結果顯示,實驗組在問題解決傾向方面顯著優於控制組,且效果量達中等程度(η2 = .172),顯示AI程式助理結合異質合作策略有助於促進學生學習。本研究結果為大數據分析課程中融入AI教學策略之實務應用提供具體實證依據。

| 英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the effects of implementing an AI programming assistant-supported heterogeneous collaborative learning model in a Big Data Analytics course on students’ learning achievement and problem-solving ability. As data analysis skills become increasingly important in higher education and industry applications, students often struggle to understand programming concepts and encounter differences in learning ability during programming and data analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to develop instructional strategies that integrate artificial intelligence with collaborative learning to enhance learning support and improve learning outcomes. A quasi-experimental design was adopted, with students enrolled in the course serving as research participants. The experimental group received instruction using the AI-assisted, heterogeneous, collaborative learning model, while the control group adopted the heterogeneous collaborative learning model without AI assistance. The study compared the two groups on learning achievement and problem-solving performance. The results indicated that the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in problem-solving tendency, with a moderate effect size (η2 = .172). These findings suggest that integrating an AI programming assistant with heterogeneous collaborative learning strategies can effectively support student learning. The results provide empirical evidence for the practical implementation of AI-integrated instructional strategies in Big Data Analytics courses.
