| 中文摘要 | 教育階段的技能學習不僅是知識傳授,更是為未來職場表現奠定基礎的關鍵環節。以護理訓練為例,靜脈注射是臨床護理人員必須熟練的核心技能之一。在此過程中,護理人員若操作不精確,不僅會增加病人的身心不適,還會影響治療效率與病人安全。因此,學校開始應用虛擬實境於護理技能訓練,讓護理學生體驗臨床現場,降低傳統教學模式中理論與實務之間的落差,以提升護理學生在臨床時之技能熟練度與臨床自信心。為讓護理學生於虛擬實境情境中所獲得的技能可以銜接至臨床實務,本研究探討基於虛擬實境強化技職訓練之銜接學習,新進護理人員靜脈注射技能熟練度與自信心之關聯性分析。本研究採問卷調查法,共納入152名新進護理人員。研究結果顯示,基於虛擬實境強化技職訓練之銜接學習,以及新進護理人員靜脈注射臨床技能熟練度與自信心,兩者之間呈現明顯的正相關。因此,護理人員若能將學校所學銜接到工作環境,其在面對工作挑戰時將可更迅速適應並做出正確判斷,進而提升工作效率、增強自信心。 |
| 英文摘要 | Skill learning during the educational stage is not only a process of knowledge transmission but also a critical foundation for future workplace performance. In nursing education, intravenous injection is one of the core clinical skills that nursing personnel must master proficiently. Inaccurate procedures may not only increase patients’ physical and psychological discomfort but also affect treatment efficiency and patient safety. Therefore, schools have begun incorporating virtual reality (VR) into nursing skills training, enabling nursing students to experience clinical scenarios and reducing the gap between theory and practice in traditional teaching models. This approach aims to enhance nursing students’ clinical skill proficiency and self-confidence before entering clinical practice. To ensure that the skills acquired in VR-based learning environments can be effectively transferred to clinical practice, this study explored bridging learning through VR-enhanced vocational training by analyzing the relationship between intravenous injection skill proficiency and self-confidence among newly recruited nursing personnel. A survey questionnaire method was adopted, and a total of 152 newly recruited nursing personnel were included in the study. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between bridging learning through VR-enhanced vocational training and the intravenous injection clinical skill proficiency and self-confidence of newly recruited nursing personnel. Therefore, when nursing personnel are able to transfer what they learned in school to the workplace environment, they can adapt more quickly to work-related challenges, make accurate clinical judgments, improve work efficiency, and strengthen their self-confidence. |
