| 中文摘要 | 在生成式人工智慧(Generative AI)與工業4.0深度融合的智慧時代,技職教育正面臨從程序性技能訓練轉向高層次認知賦能的關鍵轉型。本文立足於臺灣技職教育現狀,分析其在技術快速更迭下所遭遇的學用落差、機械化教學困境及數位公平性挑戰。透過教育部高教深耕計畫於國立臺灣科技大學設立「技職賦能研究中心」(Empower Vocational Education Research Center, EVERC),提出以數位自主學習之工具研發、5C關鍵能力培養、強化自我效能及跨域知能為核心的發展路徑,運用團隊數位學習之優勢,導入數位科技,賦能技職教育之師生。本文強調,技職教育應透過產學研跨域協作,厚植學生在智慧社會中的適應力與創新行動力,以實現社會公平與國家競爭力的永續發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the era of growing penetration of generative artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0, technical and vocational education (TVE) must transition from procedural skills training to higher-order cognitive empowerment. Within the Taiwanese context, this study identifies key challenges posed by rapid technological transformation, including the learning-employment gap, mechanistic teaching, and digital inequities. Supported by the Ministry of Education, Empowerment Research Center for Vocational Education (EVERC) at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology outlines a developmental pathway that emphasizes the use of digital tools for self-directed learning, cultivation of 5C competencies, enhancement of self-efficacy, and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches. The study argues that sustained collaboration among industry, academia, and research institutions is essential to fostering learners’ adaptability and innovative capacity, thereby promoting social equity and sustainable national competitiveness in an intelligent society. |
