| 中文摘要 | 本研究以「大學生移民議題為焦點的教學實踐」,探討在通識課程運用「真人圖書館」實作,引導學生理解移民議題並培養同理心的教學成效。研究動機源於當代全球人口流動日益頻繁,臺灣新住民存在受汙名與歧視,故亟需養成年輕世代對移民處境的跨文化素養。研究目的在於剖析學生對移民議題的敘事重點,呈現「真人圖書館」教學設計與實施歷程,以跨文化素養角度評估學生認知、情感與行動的進展情形。研究採用「做中學」理念,運用學期初與學期末之「跨文化敏感度」問卷、學生訪談及課程文件分析等方法進行資料蒐集與分析。課程主軸為「全球文化與移民議題」,內容包含單元學習、田野調查、新住民訪談及「真人圖書館」的規劃與實施。研究結果顯示,學生的學習對其跨文化素養有顯著提升。學生逐步覺察全球化下移民面對的結構性不平等,對移民者的生活困境產生高度情感投入,並轉化為同理心與自我反思於行動層面,學生有意願和意識地成為消除歧視之社會行動者。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study explores how implementing a “Human Library” general in higher education courses. The researcher observed that new immigrants in Taiwan to some extent face stigma and discrimination in the era of increasing global mobility. Therefore, enhancing the younger generation’s understanding of immigrant experiences and intercultural competence is essential. This study aims to analyze students’ key narratives regarding migration issues, present the design and implementation process of the Human Library, and assess students’ development in reflection and transformation across cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions. The researcher adopted a learning-by-doing approach to design the course and employed pre- and post-course intercultural sensitivity questionnaires, student interviews, and document analysis to collect and analyze data. The course, titled “Global Cultures and Migration Issues,” was implemented through thematic modules, field investigations, interviews with new immigrants, and the organization of a Human Library event. The results show that students scored significantly improved by the end of the course. Students gradually became aware of the structural inequalities under globalization and began to understand the real challenges immigrants face. Students demonstrated deep engagement, leading to empathy for immigrants and reflection on their social positions. The study also found that, at the behavioral level, students expressed a clear intention and sense of social agency to eliminate discrimination on immigrant issues. |
