中文摘要 | 在教育快速變遷與價值多元的當代社會中,校長的專業發展需具備整合知識、策略與教育價值的能力。本研究以創新IDEAL教學法結合PKSV系統圖進行校長領導力案例教學,設計並實施中小學校長專業素養實踐工作坊,探討其可行性與成效。IDEAL教學法提供結構化的問題解決歷程,而PKSV系統圖則強化學習者從問題出發,整合知識、策略與價值,深化理論與實務的連結。研究採用設計研究法,歷經多次迭代與回饋,完成課程模組開發與實施,參與人數逾千人,滿意度與學習成效顯著提升。研究結果顯示,此創新模式有助於校長深化教育情境分析能力與價值判斷能力,並提供校長培育課程設計之實證參照與理論貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | In today’s rapidly changing and value-diverse educational landscape, school principals must develop the ability to integrate knowledge, strategies, and educational values in their leadership. This study explores the integration of the innovative IDEAL instructional model with the PKSV system diagram to enhance case-based leadership training. A professional practice workshop was designed and implemented for primary and secondary school principals to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach. The IDEAL model offers a structured problem-solving process (Identify, Define, Explore, Anticipate, Look Back and reflect), while the PKSV diagram guides learners to analyze complex educational cases by synthesizing problems, knowledge, strategies, and values. Employing a design-based research methodology, the study underwent multiple iterative cycles of design, implementation, and refinement. Over a thousand principals participated in the workshops, showing high levels of satisfaction and significant improvements in learning outcomes. Findings indicate that the integration of IDEAL and PKSV enhances principals’ capacity for contextual analysis and value-based decision-making. This study provides both practical guidance and theoretical contributions for designing principal preparation programs aligned with professional competence standards. |
