本研究探討樂齡健康活力中心的意涵、推動架構與具體作法。隨著臺灣邁入高齡社會，為因應人口老化帶來的挑戰，自2013年起推動樂齡健康活力中心，提供健康、體力、腦力、活力及社會參與等五大面向的服務內容。樂齡健康活力中心透過個別化的健康評估與課程規劃，協助高齡者建立自主健康管理習慣，預防失能，延緩功能退化。本研究分析樂齡健康活力中心的重要性、推動架構與執行方式，並就其未來發展提出建議，包括專業化培訓的持續升級、公私部門的協作，以及擴大服務對象至預防性介入。研究顯示，樂齡健康活力中心的推動有助於實現健康老化的目標，提升高齡者的生活品質。

This paper examines the significance, implementation framework, and practical approaches of the Senior Health and Vitality Center. In response to the challenges of an aging society in Taiwan, the center was established in 2013, offering services in five major dimensions: health, physical strength, cognitive ability, vitality, and social participation. Through individualized health assessments and course planning, the center helps older adults establish self-health management habits, prevent disability, and delay functional decline. This paper analyzes the importance, promotional framework, and implementation methods of the center, while providing suggestions for future development, including continuous upgrading of professional training, public-private collaboration, and expanding services to preventive intervention. Research indicates that the promotion of the center contributes to achieving healthy aging goals and improving the quality of life for older adults.
