中文摘要 | 在不確定性、多變且複雜的社會中,領導者面臨嚴峻考驗。如何減少因不公平引發的社會對立與衝突,促進社會穩定發展,凸顯了領導者具備公義素養的重要性。本文旨在探討公義領導的概念及其在教育實踐中的應用。首先,對公義領導的概念進行深入分析,並探討其理論基礎。隨後,闡述公義領導的五大核心理念,包括包容接納成員、致力公平實踐、遵守道德規範、關懷弱勢群體,以及善盡社會責任。最後,本文提出五項實踐策略,分別是:一、建立包容性環境,促進學生有效學習;二、提供額外的支持,幫助弱勢學生學習;三、排除系統性障礙,消除教育不公現象;四、倡導尊重公平,形塑校園正義文化;五、發展多元價值,回應學生多元化需求。 |
英文摘要 | Leaders face significant challenges in a society marked by uncertainty, rapid change, and complexity. Addressing social divisions and conflicts caused by inequity while promoting stable societal development highlights the importance of leaders possessing a strong sense of equity and justice. This article discusses equity and justice leadership and its application in educational practice. First, we explore the concept of equity and justice leadership and examine its theoretical foundations. Then, we elaborate on the five core principles of equity and justice leadership: fostering inclusivity among members, committing to equitable practices, adhering to ethical norms, caring for marginalized groups, and fulfilling social responsibilities. Finally, this article proposes five practical strategies for implementing equity and justice leadership in the field of education, including: (1) creating an inclusive environment to facilitate effective student learning; (2) providing additional support to assist disadvantaged students in their learning; (3) removing systemic barriers to eliminate educational inequities; (4) advocating for respect and equity to shape a culture of justice on campus; and (5) fostering diverse values to address the varied needs of students. |
