中文摘要 | 隨著高等教育的定位轉型及法規的修正配套,鬆動高教體系在傳統單一科系的制度規劃和結構,朝向跨領域、不分系、學位學程等多元的樣貌。大專校院在人才培育的實驗教育制度正處熱潮,然而國內研究卻相對稀少。本研究應用次級資料分析,以110學年度學士班(日間)科系為範圍,盤點非傳統單一科系開設及跨領域的情形;再以半結構式深度訪談法,立意擇選國立臺灣大學及國立清華大學兩所具前瞻性的高教實驗教育方案進行分析比較。研究發現,高等教育有朝向學生學習本位發展的趨勢,然而在多元跨域的幅度仍有限。高教實驗教育方案仰賴課程革新、教師增能與學生輔導的並行配套,隨著社會快速變化的腳步及大學類型特色化發展的導向,面對未來,各校應為推進實驗性高等教育的方向有所預備,提供學生可因應未來環境所需之多元學習經驗。 |
英文摘要 | With the transformation of higher education’s positioning and the revision of relevant regulations, the traditional structure and system planning of single disciplinary departments in higher education system are loosening, shifting towards more interdisciplinary, flexible, and diverse models such as cross-disciplinary programs and degree courses. However, domestic research on this topic is relatively scarce. This study utilizes secondary data analysis, focusing on undergraduate departments (day programs) in the 2021-2022 academic year, to investigate the establishment of non-traditional single discipline programs and cross-disciplinary programs. Additionally, using semi structured in-depth interviews, the study purposefully selects two pioneering higher education experimental education programs at National Taiwan University and National Tsing Hua University for comparative analysis. The findings reveal a trend toward a student-centered learning paradigm; however, the extent of interdisciplinary integration remains limited. Effective experimental education initiatives in higher education rely on parallel initiatives such as curriculum innovation, faculty empowerment, and student support and guidance. With the rapid change and the trend toward diversification in university types, universities should prepare for the future by advancing experimental programs in higher education, offering students a variety of learning experiences that equip them to adapt to future environments. |
