本文從瀾湄合作機制的起源出發，探討其在「一帶一路」倡議背景下的重大意義，分析其政策框架、基礎設施與經濟合作現狀，並深入剖析該機制面臨的主要挑戰與未來發展機遇。瀾湄合作透過政策協調和經濟合作，在交通、能源、農業等關鍵領域推動了區域內國家間的深度合作，提升了區域經濟一體化和競爭力。然而，合作機制仍面臨諸如經濟發展不均衡、地緣政治壓力等挑戰。瀾湄合作機制的未來展望充滿機遇，隨著「一帶一路」倡議的深入推進，該機制將在推動區域經濟一體化、基礎設施互聯互通和跨境貿易便利化方面繼續發揮重要作用。

This paper examines the origins of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism, situating it within the broader context of the “Belt and Road” initiative. It delves into the significance of the mechanism, critically analyzes its policy framework, infrastructure development, and the current state of economic cooperation. Additionally, it provides an in-depth exploration of the principal challenges confronting the mechanism and identifies potential opportunities for its future growth. The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation has facilitated comprehensive collaboration among member countries in key sectors such as transportation, energy, and agriculture, achieved through strategic policy coordination and economic cooperation. This collaborative framework has significantly contributed to the enhancement of regional economic integration and the strengthening of the region’s competitiveness. However, the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism still encounters challenges, such as disparities in economic development and the influence of geopolitical tensions. However, the future of the mechanism holds significant promise. As the “Belt and Road” initiative advances, the mechanism is poised to further contribute to the promotion of regional economic integration, the enhancement of infrastructure connectivity, and the facilitation of cross border trade.
