中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討臺北市中小學研究教師制度之可行性,以問卷調查法為主,並輔以訪談法。問卷調查法採取的工具為「臺北市中小學研究教師制度可行性研究之調查」問卷,研究對象為109~110學年度參與臺北市立高級中等以下學校教學輔導教師及研究教師方案之18所學校共計195位學校行政或教師,並以描述性統計、ANOVA進行資料分析。訪談採焦點團體法,以滾雪球取樣抽取6位行政或教師接受訪談,以進一步瞭解臺北市中小學研究教師制度可行性的情形。結論為:一、臺北市中小學研究教師制度具有中高程度之可行性;二、部分不同背景變項之受試者,對臺北市中小學研究教師制度可行性具有不同之看法。最後,根據結論提出建議,俾供實務及未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The primary focus of this study is to explore the feasibility of the research teachers program in Taipei’s primary and secondary schools. Questionnaires are used as the primary research method, coupled with the interview method. The research tool adopted in questionnaires is “A Survey on the Feasibility of the Research Teachers Program in Taipei’s Primary and Secondary Schools.” The participants include a total of 195 school teachers or administrators from 18 schools who participated in the program on mentor and research teachers in the 2020-2021 academic year, with descriptive statistics as well as ANOVA used for data analysis. The interview, conducted by means of snowball sampling, employs the focus group method, in which six teachers or administrators are drawn for interview, with an eye to gaining an insight into the feasibility of the research teachers program in Taipei’s primary and secondary schools. The conclusions include: 1. The research teachers program has a mid to high level of feasibility; 2. Some participants with different background variables express a different view on the feasibility of the research teachers program. According to the research findings, several suggestions for the implementation and further study are proposed. |
