中文摘要 | 近年來,教育領域經歷教育政策的調整、教學科技的崛起以及學生多樣性增加等變革和挑戰,當教師面臨壓力時,工作熱忱可能成為堅持初衷的動力。本研究旨在探討教師工作熱忱對教學的價值,並強調熱忱在教學中的重要性。首先定義工作熱忱,將其視為教師對於教學的強烈喜愛和投入。其次,闡述工作熱忱的內涵,包括熱忱相關理論、構成因素及熱忱類別等。接著,探討工作熱忱對教學的影響,其不僅促使教師投入教學活動,也提高學生學習成效。最後,提出增進教師工作熱忱之實務可行策略,包括持續專業成長、建立支持社群及強化正向領導等,使教師維持高度工作熱忱,有助於創造具有成效的教學環境,促進學生的學習和發展,並提升教育體系的質量和效能。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the field of education has undergone significant changes and challenges, including adjustments in educational policies, the rise of instructional technology, and an increase in student diversity. When teachers face pressures in this evolving landscape, work passion can serve as a motivating force to help them stay committed to their original intentions. This research aims to explore the value of teacher work passion in teaching and emphasize the significance of passion in the instructional context. Firstly, the concept of work passion is defined, viewing it as the strong affection and dedication that teachers have towards teaching. Secondly, we elaborate on the essence of work passion, including relevant theories, contributing factors, and categories of passion. Subsequently, it explores the impact of work passion on teaching, highlighting that it not only encourages teachers to engage in instructional activities but also enhances students’ learning outcomes. Finally, practical and feasible strategies for enhancing teacher work passion are proposed. These strategies include continuous professional development, establishing supportive communities, and reinforcing positive leadership. Implementing these strategies can help teachers maintain a high level of work passion, which, in turn, contributes to the creation of effective teaching environments, promotes student learning and development, and enhances the quality and efficiency of the education system. |
