發展兼顧公平的資優教育

Developing Equitable Gifted Education

由於社會的發展與對人權的重視，資優教育亦從傳統的追求卓越走向卓越與公平並重。不過，特殊教育領域關於公平的論述僅在身心障礙類的觀點較為一致，在資優教育類則常見彼此立場衝突的情況。本文的目的即在於說明與討論臺灣資優教育可能存在的不公平狀況及其原因，並針對如何促進公平的策略提出具體可行的思考。

Due to the development of society and the emphasis on human rights, the development of Gifted and Talented Education has also shifted from the traditional pursuit of excellence to equal emphasis on excellence and equity. However, the discussion of equity in special education is more consistent in the field of disabilities, and conflicting positions are more common in gifted education. This article aims to explain and discuss possible inequities in gifted education and their causes in Taiwan and provide specific and feasible suggestions for promoting equity.
