中文摘要 | 在醫學教育中,職涯規劃是一個關鍵過程,關係到醫學生如何定位自己作為專業醫師的角色。本研究採用現象學的質性描述性研究,提出科技輔助職場生涯規劃的自我調節學習模型,以生成式人工智慧技術,將ChatGPT作為職涯規劃模型工具,進行個案分析。本研究透過觀察與個案資料蒐集、再進行分析,分析對象是一名醫學院的大學生。由分析結果歸納出三個結論:增加醫學生職涯規劃動機、強化職涯規劃掌握度、擴展職涯規劃視野。結果顯示科技輔助自我調節學習模型,對學生產生正向影響,有助於早期開展職涯規劃。本研究提供的應用實例,也為醫學教育提供初步證據,並可作為未來輔導學生進行職涯規劃的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In medical education, career planning is a crucial process that influences how medical students position themselves in their roles as professional physicians. This study employs a phenomenological qualitative descriptive approach to propose a self-regulated learning model for technology-assisted career planning. Using Artificial Intelligence (GAI) technology, ChatGPT is utilized as a tool within the career planning model for case analysis. The study involves data collection from a case subject, an undergraduate student from a medical school. Three conclusions were drawn from the results: GAI (e.g., ChatGPT) can increase medical students’ motivation to plan their careers, strengthen their mastery of career planning, and expand their horizons in career planning. These results suggest that the self regulatory mechanism of GAI has a positive impact on students and is useful in helping them to understand career planning at an early stage. The examples of GAI application provided in this study provide preliminary evidence in medical education and can be used as a reference for counseling students on career planning in schools in the future. |
