中文摘要 | 生成式人工智慧(Generative Artificial Intelligence,生成式AI)的快速發展,已經引起了政府機構及教育人員廣泛的關注;尤其是ChatGPT(Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer)的語言能力,更是令研究人員及學校教師感到驚訝。在一片學習生成式AI的熱潮中,學者也對於生成式AI被濫用的可能提出擔憂。因此,在生成式AI應用快速成長的同時,各國教育機構的態度相當微妙,一方面想要教導教師與學生善用生成式AI來進行教與學,另一方面又要提出各種教學指導及警告。在這樣的氛圍中,有必要針對生成式AI用於教育的策略及需要面臨的挑戰進行整理。本文旨在從教育目標的角度來討論這些問題。在定義生成式AI的同時,歸納了幾個在教育環境中使用生成式AI的有效策略,也討論生成式AI在教育應用的潛在問題及注意事項。 |
英文摘要 | The rapid development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) has attracted widespread attention from government organizations and educators; in particular, the language capabilities of ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer) have surprised researchers and school teachers. In the midst of all the enthusiasm for learning generative AI, scholars have also raised concerns about the possible misuse of generative AI. As a result, while generative AI applications are growing rapidly, the attitude of educational institutions in various countries is quite subtle: on the one hand, they want to teach teachers and students to make good use of generative AI for teaching and learning, and on the other hand, they have to provide various teaching guidelines and warnings. In such an atmosphere, it is necessary to organize the strategies and challenges of generative AI for education. This paper aims to discuss these issues from the perspective of educational goals. While defining Generative AI, it summarizes several effective strategies for using Generative AI in educational settings, and discusses the potential problems and cautions for the use of Generative AI in education. |
