校長課啟領導理念與領導發展：我持續的學習行旅

Concepts and Leadership Development of Principal Coaching Leadership: My Continuous Learning Journey

本文闡述作者參與校長課啟領導計畫所持續學習到的經驗，參酌終身學習的理念，特別聚焦在兩大方面，亦即校長課啟領導的關鍵理念，以及如何落實校長課啟領導發展（即協助校長學習課啟領導理念與實務）的重要原則與做法。最後並指出校長領導發展的未來可能努力方向。

This article describes the author’s continuous learning experience from participating in the Principal Coaching Leadership Program. Considering the concept of lifelong learning, this paper focuses on two major aspects, namely, first, the key ideas of principal coaching leadership, and second, the principles and ways related to how to implement principal coaching leadership development (that is, assisting principals to learn the ideas and practices of principal coaching leadership). Finally, this paper points out some possible future directions for principal leadership development.
