中文摘要 | 本研究目的探討國民小學校長績效責任領導、團隊組織與創新經營效能之間的關係。為達成上述目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,研究以分層抽樣針對國民小學教師進行問卷調查,有效樣本數為406份。獲得主要結論如下:一、校長績效責任領導、團隊組織與創新經營效能現況,大致良好。二、校長績效責任領導、團隊組織與創新經營效能之測量模式與結構模式適配度良好。三、校長績效責任領導可透過團隊組織的中介作用,正向影響創新經營效能。

英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the relationship and causal path among elementary school principals’ accountability leadership, team organization, innovation management effectiveness. The study method adopted questionnaire survey. The 419 valid samples were distributed to this study. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The principals’ accountability leadership, team organization, innovation management effectiveness are in good condition. 2. The structural equation model of the principals’ accountability leadership, team organization, innovation management effectiveness has good adaptability. 3. The principals’ accountability leadership positive influenced innovation management effectiveness through team organization.
