中文摘要 | 中小學師傅校長是一個引導、陪伴初任及現任校長,提供其專業支持以增進學校經營知能並協助推動地方教育政策之角色,其人選來自具備豐富學校經驗且經系統性培訓的校長。為了有效培育師傅校長人選,在規劃培訓課程前,先行建構師傅校長的培育指標,讓師傅校長可在客觀、明確的指標系統引導下參與培育,並使培育符合其職涯專業成長需求。本文主旨,在於闡述師傅校長培育指標之用途,再探究建構指標時可能遭遇之問題,最後整理出如何建構符合職涯專業成長需求的培育指標策略。本文試行建構的兩階段師傅校長培育指標,包含第一階段的「師傅養成與配對:實踐智慧的活用」,共計3向度、8層面與25項具體指標;第二階段為「師傅典範與傳承:展現校長心智的價值」,共計3向度、7層面與17項具體指標。此指標系統,可提供作為後續學術研究與改進現行師傅校長培訓課程之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The role of the primary and secondary school mentor principal is to act as a guideline in a supportive role with the characteristics of a partnership to new and current principals, providing professional support to enhance school management knowledge and assisting in promoting local education policies. In addition, its candidates come from principals with rich school experience that have passed systematic training procedures. In order to cultivate mentor principal candidates effectively, to construct the mentor principal cultivation indicators (MPCIs) first before planning the training course may help principals to participate in training under the indicator system with objective and clear guidance. It also makes the training system conform to the mentor principals’ career professional growth needs. The purpose of this article was to explain the use of MPCIs, then explore the issues that might arise while constructing MPCIs by contrasting the current training program in Taiwan. Finally, this article sorted out several strategies on how to construct MPCIs that correspond to the needs of career professional growth. A trial version of the cultivating indicator system was built as 2 stages. The first stage, “Master Training and Matching,” is constructed with a total of 3 dimensions,8 levels and 25 specific indicators. The second stage. “Master’s Model and Inheritance,” contains a total of 3 dimensions, 7 levels and 17 specific indicators. The indicator system may be provided for or follow-up academic research as well as to improve the current mentor principal training program in Taiwan. |
