中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討數位科技日新月異與教育政策革新的時代下,偏遠地區學校在校長科技領導、教師智慧教學及學生學習之轉變。本研究為單一個案研究,透過文件分析、參與觀察與訪談等所獲得之研究發現,包括校長科技領導感知的探述、教師智慧教學現況探討、科技領導下教師智慧教學之實踐歷程,以及教師智慧教學對學生學習之轉變等四大部分。本研究結果為:一、個案國中之校長科技領導係以人為本,強調倡導、規範及科技工具運用;二、偏鄉設備資源充足,教師智慧教學之實踐才是重點;三、校長科技領導與教師智慧教學相乘可帶動整體校務發展;四、智慧教學與科技融入有效改善教學環境、提升學生學習動機。 |
英文摘要 | This study is aim to explore the transformation of principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ smart teaching, and students’ learning in schools in remote areas in the era of rapid digital technology changes and educational policy innovations. This study is a single case study. Through document analysis, participant observation, and interviews, the research findings include the exploration of principals’ perception of technology leadership, the discussion of the current situation of teachers’ smart teaching, the practice process of teachers’ smart teaching under the leadership of technology, and the impact of teachers’ smart teaching on the transformation of student learning. The results are as follows: (1) The principal’s technology leadership of the case school is people-oriented, emphasizing advocacy, regulation, and the use of technology tools. (2) The remote rural area has sufficient equipment resources, and the practice of teachers’ smart teaching is the focus. (3) The principal’s technology leadership and teachers’ smart teaching can drive the development of the overall school affairs. (4) The integration of smart teaching and technology can effectively improve the teaching environment and enhance students’ learning motivation. |
