Current Status and Existing Problems of PBL Implementation in Medical Schools in China

国内高等医学院校的PBL教学改革已从初期的探索试行阶段进入总结反思和完善规范的阶段，不同运作模式所存在的问题和发展瓶颈极具普遍性，需要进行客观的评估和提出积极的对策。本文对近年来国内PBL教学模式实施情况进行系统梳理，对其存在的问题进行深入剖析，目的在于理清思绪、探讨共识，为相关教育改革的深化和可持续发展提供一定的理论参考。

PBL model has been widely adopted by many medical schools in China over the past decade with diverse implementation models. Objective evaluation and modification should be taken into consideration based on its effectiveness. The article analyzes the current status and existing problems in PBL implementation in our country， in a bid to provide references for the deepening of China's medical education reform.
