英文摘要 | This study examines how the University of California uses student academic performance rank of graduating class in their high school to determine applicants' eligibility for admissions. This method can not only enhance comprehensive quality education in high school, but also play an important role in achieving diversity in high education. The more importantly, it helps improve the equality of access to higher education under the circumstances where the social, economic, and educational development is unequal. |
