| 中文摘要 | 根據MacDonald等人(2012)所提出的音樂治療、音樂教育、社區音樂和日常音樂這四個領域為基礎,本研究分析近二十年來音樂、健康與福祉文獻的發展脈絡、建構新的主題架構以及檢視現存研究中所存在的局限性。本研究針對110篇從2000到2024年的同儕審查期刊論文、書籍、書籍評論、文獻回顧論文、博碩士論文和灰色文獻作分析。研究結果綜合出12類相關的主題架構:1.工作方式、2.醫療場域、3.社區場域、4.經營管理、5.音樂教育的次要目標和益處:文化環境福祉、6.融合音樂教育、特殊音樂教育和適應音樂課、7.影響社區音樂的因素、8.社區音樂的次要目標和益處:社會福祉、9.身體健康和運動、10.情感調節、壓力管理、移轉焦點與增加專注、11.信仰實踐、與12.自我身分認同。 |
| 英文摘要 | Based on the four areas of music therapy, music education, community music, and everyday uses of music by MacDonald et al. (2012), this study concentrated on constructing a new thematic structure to provide the contextual development for the literature review of music, health, and well-being over the past two decades and examined limitations presented in these studies. Overall, 110 studies published from 2000 to 2024 in peer-reviewed journals, books, books’reviews, literature reviews, theses and dissertations, and grey literature were analyzed. The research results revealed 12 related themes: (1) working methods, (2) medical settings, (3) community settings, (4) business management, (5) secondary goals and benefits of music education: cultural and environmental well-being, (6) inclusive music education, special music education, and adapted music classes, (7) factors affecting community music, (8) secondary goals and benefits of community music: social well-being, (9) physical health and exercise, (10) emotional regulation, stress management, divert attention, and increase concentration, (11) beliefs and practices, and (12) self-identity. |
