In our country， the development of area educational informatization is effected by theory of agglomeration effect. It has brought about bigger negative effect for application of educational informatization and balanced development. Analyzing agglomeration effect of educational resource and example， describing the current development situation of area educational informatization， this article has been exploring the measures to development of area educational informatization.
