项目管理在国外教育技术领域得到了广泛应用，教育技术AECT定义、荷兰顿特大学、《教学设计项目管理》以及美国印第安纳大学的项目管理，对于我国的教育技术领域有着重要启示。

This paper analyses the applications of Project Management in Educational Technology outside CHINA， such as the definition of AECT， the University of Twente， ID Project Management and the University of Indiana； and believes that more attention should be paid to the applications of Project Management in Chinese Educational Technology.
