网络课程学习效果的监督与评价研究

Research on Surveillance and Evaluation of Web Courses’ Learning Effect

随着网络课程在我国的蓬勃发展，如何开发高质量的网络课程，并加强对网络课程学习过程的监督，提高学习效果，是目前网络课程研究中一个重要而迫切的课题。该文结合我国网络课程目前应用的现状，对如何有效实现网络课程学习过程的监督，建立完善的效果评价体系，进行了一定的调查研究，有针对性地给出了一些建议，并提出了一些网络课程设计开发相关的意见。

With the vigorous development of web courses in China， how to develop high quality web courses， strengthen the surveillance of learning process and improve learning effect is an important and imperative issue in the study of web courses at present. According to the web courses’ current status quo， the paper do certain investigation， make some suggestions contrapuntally， and put forward opinions of designing and developing web courses for achieving the surveillance of learning process effectively and constructing perfect system of effect evaluation.
