An Analysis of the Potential Users and Constraint Factors on the Mobile Learning Based on WAP Environment

随着无线通讯技术的发展，学习环境日益呈现出移动性特点，建立在无线网络基础上的移动学习成为当前教育研究的热点问题之一。笔者在分析基于WAP环境的移动学习适应人群和潜在用户的基础上，探讨我国现阶段基于WAP环境开展移动学习的主要制约因素，以便在WAP环境下有效地开展移动学习。

With the development of wireless technology， the mobile learning is becoming one of hot issues based on the wireless mobile network of current educational research， owing to the learning environment’s increasingly mobile features. This paper analyzes the adaptable and potential users of the mobile learning by WAP environment， and discussion the main constraint factors affecting the current stage of the mobile learning by WAP environment， the aim of which is to conduct the mobile learning based on WAP environment.
