| 中文摘要 | 本研究采用《大学生学习拖延问卷》和《大学生学习拖延成因问卷》测查了国内11所高校2200名大学生的学习拖延情况。结果显示,我国不同区域、类别高校中的大学生普遍存在学习拖延现象,学习拖延对大学生的学习、情绪、生活具有明显的消极影响;男生与女生相比,作业拖延问题比较突出;女生与男生相比,更多地体验到学习拖延导致的情绪困扰;大学生的作业拖延随年级升高日趋增加,大学二年级是作业拖延迅速增加的转折期;大学生学习拖延的主要原因是学习动机不足、时间管理技能缺乏、消极情绪影响、完美主义倾向和懒惰个性,学习的任务特征和情境特征不是主要影响因素。根据研究结果,本文就大学生学习拖延的预防和干预提出了某些具体建议。 |
| 英文摘要 | Using the Questionnaire of Academic Procrastination for Undergraduates and the Questionnaire of Causes of Academic Procrastination for Undergraduates, this study explored the popularity and the causes of academic procrastination of 2200 undergraduates from 11 universities in East, Middle and West China. Results revealed that: 1)Academic procrastination was relatively popular among Chinese college students, and had negative effects on the students' learning, emotions, and life; 2)Male undergraduates had more assignment procrastination than the females did, while the female undergraduates experienced more negative feelings caused by procrastination; 3)There was a sharp rise in assignment procrastination in the junior, indicating junior was a key transforming period of the total growing of undergraduates' academic procrastination; 4)Low motivation to learn, lack of time management skills, negative emotions, perfectionism, and laziness were the main reasons that accounted for Chinese undergraduates' academic procrastination, while the task and environment characteristics did not show their significant impacts on the procrastinators. The implications of the results were discussed. |
