論公民的受教育義務

A Study of the Citizens’ Duty to Education

受教育义务是各国公民的一项普遍义务。在资本主义发展过程中，国家逐渐建立了义务教育制度，对公民实施一定阶段的强制教育。在义务教育阶段，公民既有受教育权，又有受教育义务，从而与国家形成双重权利义务关系。受教育义务，是公民对国家所负的接受义务教育的义务。

The duty to education is a citizen’s general duty for all countries. In the course of development of capitalistic society， compulsory education systems developed with the formation of national states. Receiving education has become both a right and a duty of citizens.
