英文摘要 | By absorbing the methodology of integrated history and other social sciences whose special concern gives to the topic of change and stability, this paper tries to form up a general framework which may explain the basic factors and related structure underlying changes of higher education. The paper identifies four principal elements─knowledge, the power of state, the participation of society and the intervention of market, and studies the contexts and imperatives that inhere in the ongoing structures of the factors which bring about changes and shape the specific characters of higher education in different periods and countries. |
