Innovation of Teacher Education and the Training of Excellent Teachers and Educators

本文指出我国教育进入全面提高质量新的历史阶段，教师成为核心要素，建设高素质教师队伍将是今后教育改革发展的重点；并就学科教师教育的发展与创新问题，提出开展教师教育创新实践、探索学科教师教育改革、处理好育理论研究与学科教育研究关系、形成合作共同体等观点。

Chinese education is in a new period of improving the quality of education comprehensively. Teachers are the core of quality improvement， therefore， to train high quality teachers will be the stress of education reform. In the training of high quality teachers， the development and innovation of subject teacher education is very important. The paper puts forward the following viewpoints: to promote the practice of teacher education innovation; to probe into the reform of teacher education; to harmonize the relationship between theoretical research and subject education research; to form cooperative community among teachers.
