普通高校教师对高校现行制度安排满意度的分析 ─ 基于全国高校的抽样调查

Analysis on Faculty’s Satisfactions to Current University Institutions：Based on the Sample Survey of Countryside Universities an Colleges

高校现行制度安排（教学、科研、人事）直接影响到高校教师对工作的满意度，并最终关系到高校教学与科研的质量。本研究采取比例配额抽样，对全国35所普通高校的专任教师进行了问卷调查。经过统计分析发现，高校教师对于高校现行制度安排的满意度不高，在一些渉及到教师权益的核心制度上，教师参与决策与管理的程度低，没有发言权。高校内部现行制度还存在较大的改进空间。

The faculty’s job satisfaction is affected directly by current institution（of teaching， research and personnel） inside universities and colleges， which will have significiant impact on the quality of teaching and research in higher education institutions. This survey was accomplished by questionnaire in quota sampling in 35 universities and colleges in China. Based on the statistic analysis， the results show that faculty has low satisfactions to current university and college institutions. Most of the teachers have little right to participate in decision making and administration when it comes to some core institutions concerning their interest. Significant change is needed in university and college governance.
