本文旨在瞭解目前廣被討論的「網路霸凌」之定義與影響，並透過分析相關的刑法條文探討該行為所可能成立的相關刑事責任。此外，文末藉由教育觀點的反思，提供含括成人或孩童受凌者四項建議：當我們在遭遇網路霸凌時該如何保有正確價值觀。並透過理性的正向心態調適自我的情緒與壓力，方能有效阻止網路霸凌的悲劇重演。

Despite the convenience and advantages of the development of information technology nowadays , there are also some negative impacts. The cyber space or internet is a massiv e virtual environment that is inevitably to prevent from cyberbullying (Varnhagen, 2007)2007). Cyberbullying is to use emails, text messages, chat room, cell phones, cell phones with cameras and websites to harm or harass other people (Campbell, 2005). Macdonal d & Bridget (2010) also points out that some people start to use information technology such as social network sites , short messages and i nstant m essaging to harm or bully other people.
