教育平等与效率的现实权衡

A realistic consideration of equality and efficiency in education

平等是现代社会的基础，有了平等，才能有个人其他的合法权益和主体性的充分发挥。但由于种种原因，社会并不能很周到地呵护这个基础，在这种情况下，教育平等就显示出其特殊的意义。

Educational equality is an important ideological part of quality-oriented education. Although about how to deal with equality and efficiency according to quality-oriented education compulsory education is different from non-compulsory education， both of them put stress on how to solften contraditions， strengthen coordination and tighten unity of equality and efficiency. The money-based idea will do harm to educational equality as well as educational efficiency. Quality-oriented education should promote social justice， fairness and steadiness through the principle of educational equality.
