国际互联网自问世以来，已逐渐在社会生活的各个层面得到广泛地运用。网络通信、电子商务、新闻传播、虚拟大学、虚拟图书馆等等的陆续应用，向人们昭示着国际互联网的广阔应用前景。许多科研工作者也逐渐把国际互联网作为科研的重要手段，利用国际互联网搜集科研信息、进行调查研究，有不少科研工作者开始在自己的论文、专著的资料来源中注明网址，这说明国际互联网在科研工作中的价值正日益受到人们的重视。但是，国际互联网这一强大的科研工具在教育科研中的应用就不是那么令人乐观了。

The article deals with search and assessment of educational research resources on the Internet， and holds that educational research information on the Internet has more characteristics that conventional one and has the unique value of use. The article introduces some common methods and techniques used to search educational research information on the Internet and explores the assessment method of educational research information on the Internet from the view of authority accuracy objectivity and verifiability.
