The Discussion of School Culture Management

纵观教育管理史，我国的学校管理经历了经验管理、行政管理、科学管理这三种管理模式。改革开放以来，我国进入计划经济向市场经济的转型期，学校面临着前所未有的挑战，实施文化管理是其发展的必然。文化管理有着深刻的内涵，学校实践主体尤其是校长应积极建构特色学校文化，并在这一实践中塑造文化管理。

Throughout the history of education management， our country’s school management experienced three kinds of pattern: experience management， administration and scientific management. Sine reform and open policy， our country enters transition period of the planned economy toward the market economy， the school is facing unprecedented challenge， the implement of culture management is necessity for its development. The cultural management has profound connotation， school practicer especially headmaster should construct the characteristic school culture positively， and mold the cultural management in this practice.
